Short Summary

We are 8 Cal State Northridge students who have brought our unique and individual talents together to create the art of relatable and meaningful storytelling through TELEVISION! We are on the road to producing our Senior Thesis Project, the capstone and golden ticket of our college career. 

 

DOUBLE PLAY is a story about the trial and tribulations of two high school baseball captains. Seth loses sight of life’s simple pleasures due to his serious obsession of winning. Will this make or break Seth and his co-captain/best friend Jesse before they play their biggest baseball rivals, or will the game of love end up playing them, instead?

 

We are contributing our time, effort and talents PLUS our own personal funding, but we can’t do that juicy part alone! 
 

 

What We Need & What You Get

As much as we would love to ask from you to only watch and enjoy our product, we have to ask for just a biiiit more. This project CANNOT happen without you!

 

Bottom-line: Television Production is not free! Below are the crucial items DOUBLE PLAY’s funding will go directly towards professional camera/lighting equipment rental, wardrobe/Prop rental, craft services, location permits, insurance coverage, sound equipment, casting studio rental, post-production tools, and on-set supplies. Any dollar amount is very much appreciated. Please help convert our dreams into a reality! ALL donations are completely non-profit and do NOT go towards any type of paycheck or compensation for the crew.
